SmallPro Solutions was founded by Khamiya Oyelaja. As founder, Khamiya provides a structured approach that aligns clients’ resources and develops best-practice strategies that yield results-driven solutions.

Khamiya has delivered strategic initiatives and led transformation on large-scales that include the development of training for a Fortune 500 company’s outsourced employees, the execution of an organization’s upgraded software, and the facilitation of a department-wide initiative to increase employee morale and performance.

She is a Prosci certified change practitioner and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Bethune-Cookman University and a Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University.
